These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of riseinrank.com and any products or services offered by Rise in Rank ("Company," "we," "us"). By purchasing or accessing any product, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Access

Rise in Rank sells digital information products including downloadable toolkits, online courses, and live cohort programs. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased material for your own business or professional development.

No Resale or Distribution

You may not resell, share, sublicense, copy, or distribute any Rise in Rank materials without express written permission. This includes uploading materials to other platforms, sharing login credentials, or reproducing substantial portions of written or video content.

Refund Policy

Digital products (PDF toolkit, standalone course): 30-day money-back guarantee. If you complete the course and implement the work and don't find it valuable, email Ilya@riseinrank.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Live cohort: Due to the limited seat count and the preparation work involved, cohort payments are non-refundable after your onboarding call. If we determine you are not a fit before that call, you will receive a full refund.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this site, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free or that it will produce specific results for your business. Results vary. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

Intellectual Property

All content on riseinrank.com — including the SEO Agent OS™ name, system design, written materials, course modules, and toolkit workflows — is the intellectual property of Rise in Rank and Ilya Gusev. SEO Agent OS™ is a trademark of Rise in Rank.

Limitation of Liability

Rise in Rank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
