Application Review
I review every application personally within 3 business days. I'm looking for practitioners with the experience level and practice context to get the most out of the cohort — and I'm looking for honesty about where you are, not a sales pitch about where you want to be.
Fit Call (20 minutes)
If your application looks like a strong fit, I'll schedule a 20-minute call. This isn't a sales call — it's a mutual vetting. I want to understand your specific practice and make sure the cohort is the right structure for what you're trying to build. You should come with questions too.
Acceptance & Enrollment
If we're both a yes, I'll send enrollment details and you'll be confirmed for the next cohort start date. If it's a not-yet, I'll tell you specifically why and what would change my answer — either for the next cohort or through a different path first.
