Two calls per week. By application only. No high-pressure pitch — just an honest conversation about whether The Customer Capture System™ is the right move for your business.

Why we use an application instead of a calendar link.

Two reasons.

First, my time. I run two Discovery Calls per week. That's six per month, seventy-two per year. If I let anyone book one through Calendly, I'd spend my entire week on calls with people who aren't ready or aren't a fit, and my paying clients would suffer. The application is a filter.

Second, your time. If your business isn't a fit for what I do, I'd rather tell you in writing than waste 45 minutes of your day talking past each other. The application surfaces fit/no-fit in about 3 minutes of your time, instead of 45.

What happens after you apply.

  1. You complete the short application below. Takes 3-5 minutes.
  2. Within 24 business hours, I personally review it. If you're a strong fit, I'll send you my calendar link and we'll book the 45-minute call. If you're not a fit, I'll tell you why, and (when possible) refer you to someone who is.
  3. On the call itself: 10 minutes for me to ask about your business. 10 minutes for you to ask about mine. 15 minutes to walk through what the engagement would actually look like for your specific situation. 10 minutes for next steps.
  4. If we decide to work together at the end of the call, I send a one-page proposal within 24 hours. You either sign it or you don't. No follow-up calls. No re-pitches.
